Cakes are a feature of any celebration, whether a christening cake, wedding cake to cut at the reception, or birthday cake with candles to blow out. An indulgent, bespoke and personalised cake can provide a highlight and talking point for such an event.

Having trained, qualified and worked as a pastry chef in respected restaurants, I have always had a passion for cakes. The birth of my two children gave me the opportunity to pursue a career from home in my great love of cake making and cake decorating.



 

Your wedding cake is an important and significant part of your wedding day celebrations. I specialise in providing beautiful and eleborate wedding cakes, whether traditional wedding cakes, contemporary wedding cakes, chocolate wedding cakes, wedding cupcake towers or indeed novelty wedding cakes; alongside stunning celebration cakes, and birthday cakes in particular childrens birthday cakes. In addition Vanilla Spice Cake Company produces stunning handmade iced biscuit wedding favours, sweet trees and stylish cheese wedding cakes.

Construction of my new base in Pangbourne, Reading, Berkshire is underway and I expect it to be completed early 2013. In the mean time business is open as normal and opperating from a temporary address in Goring-on-Thames. My cakes can be collected or delivered (charges may apply) in the local area, I also offer a set-up service and can deliver your wedding cake on your wedding day in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
